A marketing video for new waterfront condominium Avenue South, scripted to capture the new masterplan of the Southern Waterfront and how it can be a catalyst to bring vibrancy to the Pasir Panjang area. Designed to embody a more architectural and city planning perspective, the video features Erwin Viray, professor from SUTD (Singapore University of Technology and Design) and UOL Group Chief Executive, Liam Wee Sin. Conceptualised and produced by The Press Room, and directed by Jacky Lee.
