Energetic and full of life, we designed the key visual for Cont·act Dance Festival 2023 to embody the essence of a kaleidoscope—symbolizing people coming together to create something vibrant and extraordinary. To convey a sense of wholeness and harmony, we center the design around circular elements. During our research, we noticed that dance posters of the time often relied on sharp, edgy shapes, which had become somewhat overused. To stand out, we chose a softer, more fluid approach for Cont·act, giving it a unique and refreshing identity. The color palette strikes the perfect balance—bold enough to grab attention yet harmonious, infusing the design with a fresh, dynamic energy that truly sets it apart.
